The field will be unlocked for stall holders at 7am. Please arrive before 9.30 when the gate will be locked again. Vehicles to be moved to designated parking area by 10.15am for safety reasons
Stall/Stand Fees & Booking
Ready Erected Covered Farmers Market Stall with electricity if required. £30.00 payable in advance. Parking about 100yds away. Please contact Dave Joynes for booking and payment on 01608 650958 or 07920 164640. For all stalls, stands and exhibitor enquiries please call Bridget Hyslop (Field Events Secretary) on 01452 760555 or 0779 9251057 to discuss your requirements.
Stalls, Stands, Gazebos and Open Air Trading Space. £20.00 for 2 metres frontage plus £10.00 per metre, payable in advance. Reduced rates for stalls/stands over 6 metres. Stall holders must provide their own stall, Gazebo, table etc and take their rubbish home. Parking for 1 car is usually available behind the stall.
To confirm your booking you will have to complete a booking form, print it off and send it by post with your payment to Mrs. B Hyslop, Chaxhill House, Westbury-on-Severn, Gloucester GL14 1QP by 13th April so that a receipt can be returned to you for entry into the field.

paying at the gate is only by prior arrangement and will be £85.00 payable in cash.
