The CVFH have kindly agreed to pay the PRA membership for any Cotswold Vale Pony Club members having their first ride in a pony race at their meeting.This is a great meeting to have your first taste of pony racing as the point to point is a novice riders day.

Pony Races

There will be two pony races over 4 furlongs approx for children aged betwen 9 to 15 on the 1st January. The races are for novice riders, which means they must not of won more than 3 pony races.  One race is for ponies measuring 138cms and the other for 148cm ponies. To enter a pony race you have to be a member of the PRA, (Pony Racing Authority), and application forms can be found at www.pra.gb.com where you will also find the race entry forms.
